The internet has changed how B2C and B2B customers interact with companies they do business with. Customers expect to be able to purchase products and get the information they need, anytime, anywhere. And they want that experience to be effortless and easy.
For Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), paper parts books and manuals are obsolete almost as soon as they are created. Parts orders taken over fax or by phone are too slow. Technical publishers waste dozens of hours changing one set of parts data in multiple parts books.
To stay competitive, OEMs need to use technology to generate more revenue and streamline business operations. Using our SaaS solution, Documoto, OEMs can create interactive digital parts catalogs that can be updated and distributed with a few clicks of a button. Our platform allows you to store your parts catalogs and support materials in one central database available to users 24/7. And, you can use your interactive parts catalogs to create an online storefront, making purchasing parts as simple as Amazon.
Founded in 2010, our team is made up of passionate, innovative and forward-thinking individuals who are committed to building the best software product around. Our customers are our number one priority, and we’re dedicated to providing the best service and assistance to help them succeed with Documoto.
